Chief Operations Officer

Diane Cyr merges over 25 years of aerospace engineering and self-storage management, focusing on process improvement and data-driven decision-making. Since 1998, she has led the remote management of self-storage properties, fully committing to the industry in 2019 with Patriot Holdings to expand All- Purpose Storage to over 70 locations. Diane's proud of her impactful Air Force service, where she trained engineers and cadets in leadership, despite an injury-shortened career. Her work ethic and leadership are reflected in her storied career and contributions to both aerospace and self-storage sectors. Applying process improvement techniques to Self Storage Management has allowed her to reduce the margins necessary to allow for profitable management of small and midsized facilities.

JC Reed brings over two decades of leadership experience in the self-storage industry to his role as Vice President of Operations at All-Purpose Storage. Throughout his career, he has held executive positions at some of the industry’s most recognized names, including Public Storage, Store Space Self Storage, and most recently as Chief Operating Officer at BlueGate Boat & RV Storage.


Known for his ability to lead high-performing teams and scale multi-site operations, JC has built a reputation for driving meaningful performance improvements through data-driven strategies, operational excellence, and a relentless focus on customer experience. His expertise spans revenue optimization, technology integration, team development, and process improvement — all grounded in a deep understanding of what it takes to run successful storage facilities.


JC is passionate about mentorship and building collaborative cultures where both people and businesses thrive. His strategic insight and leadership will be key to supporting All-Purpose Storage’s continued growth and commitment to delivering exceptional service to both customers and ownership partners.

Based in Winter Garden, Florida, JC lives with his wife and two of their children, while their eldest proudly serves in the United States Marine Corps.

Jennifer Barroqueiro - VP Third Party Management

Jennifer Barroqueiro brings over a decade of self-storage industry experience, having onboarded more than 350 facilities across her leadership roles at Storage Asset Management (SAM), White Label Storage, and now All- Purpose Storage (APS) As Vice President of Third-Party Management, she leads growth strategy, operational excellence, and owner partnerships with a focus on transparency, execution, and results.


With deep operational expertise and a passion for process, Jennifer specializes in building scalable systems, developing high-performing teams, and driving performance through data-driven decision making. Her leadership is grounded in real-world experience and a commitment to treating every managed asset as if it were her own.


A proud Portuguese-American, Jennifer lives in New England with her husband and three children. She believes great leadership is rooted in empathy, communication, and showing up fully for both your team and your family.

Steph May - Director of Facility Services

Steph May is the Founder and President of Self Storage Maintenance. She saw the unmet need in the market and has been filling it with her hands-on expertise and a deep understanding of maintenance operations. Before launching Self Storage Maintenance, Steph was handling the maintenance department at All- Purpose Storage and had previously run her own successful handyman services business. She has applied years of a continuous improvement mindset to honing problem-solving and facility upkeep skills.


Beyond her professional experience, Steph is a lifelong learner who thrives on new challenges. She’s scuba certified, hand-chiseled a 24x24 post and beam frame in a timber framing course and is currently in school to earn her CDL—just for fun. When she’s not tackling a new skill, she enjoys spending time with her mini dachshund, Neville Longbottom.


Steph brings energy, curiosity, and a wealth of practical knowledge to every conversation, making her a dynamic speaker and problem-solver in the self-storage industry.
